Overview
"Will" refers to the innate magical power present in almost every race across the planes. This power can be used to shape reality in almost limitless ways, barred only by the strength, faith, and imagination of the user as well as the competing wills of other users. Basic usage simply requires a user to make a wish, and then believe that the wish will come true with such conviction that their will alters the environment to make it so. Due to Crossover's uniquely magical environment, having at least a little willpower is required to travel to and live there.While there are loose rules to how will can be used, its imagination-based underpinnings mean that most of them have been broken at least once. The only constant is that will maintains a relationship with life force, and while it can be inhibited or blocked temporarily through various means, it's impossible to completely cut off someone's ability to use their will permanently. Unless, of course, they're dead.
Tiers
"Strength" is a nebulous term when it comes to willpower. While there are indeed certain genetic and racial factors that dictate base strength, all users have the ability to increase their potential with training. Brute force is only so effective, as a "stronger" user can be easily overpowered by users with lower base strength but better training.
