fai stormwright
About: Fai is the ringleader of a magical traveling circus, and he’s damn good at it. Onstage, he’s charming and captivating, but there’s just an edge of danger to his smiles that make you wonder if you’re going to make it out of this show alive. Off-stage, he’s a whole different person; biting and cold, angrily lashing out at his problems and afraid to let anyone get too close to him after having to destroy his beloved sister when she decided to try and take over the world. When the depression threatens to overwhelm him, he’s quick to find literally anyone to flirt into his arms to keep the darkness at bay, but he never stays until dawn. His heart is devoted to his troupe and his travels, because they’re the only things that make him feel like life is worth anything anymore.
Skills: Powerful weather mage whose signature skill is transporting his troupe via lightning to different worlds to put on his legendary performances
Notes: He doesn’t go anywhere without the locket around his neck save for on stage, but as long as it makes him look good, he’ll wear just about anything else. The black lock framing his face is important to keep, and the rest of his hair is long and bone white. He’s 6’4” without the platforms, 6’7” with them.
nottie chant
About: Nottie is a 24-year-old lover of parkour who lives her life as the ultimate wallflower. Due to story reasons, it’s very difficult for her to be noticed by others, so she’s fairly reclusive and doesn’t go out of her way to try and gain the attentions of anyone outside of her family. She spends the majority of her time running and climbing the tall buildings of the magical city she calls home. Later, she discovers the reason it’s so difficult for others to see her, and she can use that power to build solid, void-black objects like weapons, shields, or projectiles to defend herself and others. She’s terrified to utilize it often, but sometimes, there’s just no other choice.
Skills: Acrobatic and loves to climb, and can also use her strange powers to make just about any object she needs for any situation
Notes: Any weapons or objects she summons with her powers are void-black, and I usually use white lines to denote shapes within the silhouette. The black cracking on her skin is a must, and she’s very, very thin for story reasons. If none of the outfits provided look appealing to you, she’ll wear anything soft, comfortable, and athletic that she can run and climb in.
anjarak (jack)
About: Jack is a capable prince of his world who handles his brother’s wild mood swings and running the planet both with grace and competence. His life is long and storied, but throughout it all, he’s never stopped being inclusive, friendly, and fun to be around. He loves throwing parties and socializing with his peers, and seems to make friends wherever he goes. His life comes crashing down when his brother becomes completely unmanageable and his brother’s wife throws the world into chaos, so now he spends his days aggressively avoiding his past and quietly waiting for the end of the world.
Skills: Skillful fire mage, can read the forest of futures in the stars, and a very talented physical combatant both with and without various weaponry
Notes: He has a spray of slightly glowing star freckles across his nose and his chest. His hair is shoulder-length and wavy, usually up in a ponytail but can be down, too. He’ll wear anything stylish and elegant if none of the available options appeal.
